If your new to the world of canine fitness & conditioning, or are just looking for a little extra personalized attention, this plan is perfect for you!

Each monthly plan includes:

  • Personalized feedback on fitness videos and questions through a private individual Facebook group (only you and I have access to it)

    • Specific feedback will be provided on every video you post, helping to adjust form in each exercise, and progress the exercises for optimal performance!

  • An adaptive plan with new Strength, Body Awareness, and Flexibility exercises released in the Facebook group each week

  • Weekly 30 minute private Check-in Zoom meeting to discuss virtually any progress, successes, concerns etc.

Monthly Individual Fitness Plans

This is the perfect option for those who are already familiar with canine fitness & conditioning, but need help creating a a coordinated plan to address specific focus areas on their dog.

Each monthly plan includes:

  • An initial 1-hour Zoom call to discuss exercises planned for the month with full demonstration

  • Cardiovascular, Strength, Flexibility, and Body Awareness exercises for increased stamina and muscle building (all demonstrated during the Zoom meeting)

  • A detailed PDF outline of your month / week including sports specific training

  • Unlimited questions via email for 30 days
